SUMMARY OF DUTIES
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to correspondence & emails and telephone calls received from customers, 3rd parties and internal teams. Work within agreed SLA’s.
  • Ensuring the enquiries are resolved at the first point of contact by adhering with the firms ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ approach.
  • Mitigating complaints and ensuring queries are resolved.
KNOWLEDGE
  • Current or previous experience in a customer service environment is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in debt recovery/debt management /debt advice role would be desirable but not essential.
  • Experience of working in a regulated, TCF driven environment is desirable.
