We are looking for an experienced recruitment coordinator to manage the administration of our recruitment process. This includes writing adverts in a consistent and candidate attractive style, placing adverts on Job Boards, liaising with recruitment agencies, sending CV’s to Managers, using our Applicant Tracking System, setting up interviews, administering psychometric test, telephone interviews, face to face interviews, offering and regretting candidates. In addition, we building a talent pool for high volume roles and working on employer branding and applicant attraction through Linked In and other recruitment sites.  
  • At least a year’s experience working within a recruitment role.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of employment law.
  • Knowledge of ACAS Code of Conduct and best practice.
  • At least a year’s experience working within a recruitment role.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and achieve solutions to problems.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet conflicting deadlines.
  • Applicants must have the ability to organise and prioritise work.
  • Driven and positive attitude.
  • Maintains a professional image at all times.
  • Calm under pressure.
