SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Assist the Communication Executive in the implementation of the internal communications communication strategy, and will provide PR and marketing support to the business. This will include assisting with:

    • Maintenance, updating and content of our intranet.
    • Social Media monitoring
    • Drafting articles for digital channels including Linked In and the Company website.
    • Organisation and delivery of social club events, charity fundraiser events, including drafting of posters and campaign material.
    • Creation of internal and external promotional and awareness materials including brochures and posters
    • Provide PR support where necessary
    • Provide support for external events, conferences and exhibition planning
KNOWLEDGE
    • Professional certification in communication, marketing or related field
    • Previous paid or work experience in a marketing or communication role
    • To have worked within a marketing department / internal communication arena
SKILLS
    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills including verbal, writing, proof-reading and editing
    • Proficient use with MS Office
    • Experience using content management systems
    • Familiar with WordPress and Canva although this is not essential
