  • This is an excellent opportunity for an Apprentice looking to expand their experience in the Legal or Financial sectors with a rapidly growing company which see Operations as an essential part of the business to sustain its continued growth.
  • The candidate will work within the Operations team providing support for the team and working alongside colleagues at all levels you will support various business functions.
  • The candidate will be responsible for opening, distributing incoming post and processing internal letters.
  • The Candidates will complete document scanning and ensuring documents are accurately attached to customers accounts
  • They will ensure BW Legal’s document destruction policy is adhered to and documents to keep are filed away in the relevant folders and archiving processes followed.
  • The Candidate will regularly liaise with the Senior Mailroom Administrator and the Operations Administrator to provide updates regarding stationery stock control to ensure the business is sufficiently resourced with stationary require to carry out day to day mailing.
  • The Candidate will be responsible for collecting, sorting, packing and sending of outgoing mail from each department.

  • Good Microsoft Office packages skills using Excel, Word and Outlook.
