SUMMARY OF DUTIES
  • This is an excellent opportunity for an Apprentice looking to expand their experience in the Legal or Financial sectors with a rapidly growing company which see Compliance as an essential part of the business to sustain its continued growth.
  • The candidate will work within the Compliance team providing support for the team and working alongside colleagues at all levels you will support various business functions.
  • The candidate will review and Update Data Protection Logs which include access or deletion requests;
  • The candidate will be responsible for the preparation of subject access request responses including obtaining copies of letters, emails and other correspondence;
  • The candidate will be responsible for the preparation of responses to data deletion/data restriction requests;
  • The Candidate will be responsible for the updates of the Case Management System (Liberate)
  • They will review and update Complaints Logs ¬†and Client Logs as required;
  • The Candidate will draft complaint responses as required;
  • The Candidate will review negative feedback/resolved Level 1 complaint records;
