Collections | Leeds | £16,500 - £23,000 (O.T.E) | 37.5 hours
As a Trainee Collections Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the telephone ensuring the best possible advice is given. Our role is different from our competitors as you will work on behalf of a number of different clients from different sectors such as parking, financial and utilities.

Good time keeping and decision making skills are important for this role, as are excellent written, verbal and listening skills. You will need to demonstrate an awareness of the professional standards required when working within a regulated law firm and the importance of delivering a quality service to our clients.
Starting salary is £16,500, with increases every 6 months after hitting CQ requirements.
After you’ve passed probation your salary will increase to £18,200, and then up to £18,700 after 12 months of service £19,200. These increases are subject to passing a CQ score average over 6 months.
Upon passing of probation, you will be eligible for up to £255 bonus paid monthly, making your O.T.E £23,000. Top performer bonus is increased by 50%.
Requirement to work 1 Saturday in 4 which is paid at time and a half and option for you to work additional Saturdays if you wish.
