The Interview Process

At BW Legal we want to make sure we hire the right people for the right roles! To achieve this our candidates go through a structured recruitment process.

If successful, at the application stage, you would be invited to complete the initial stage of our recruitment process which is a short online assessment, this is conducted in order to evaluate your attributes & behaviours. This is to ensure they fit what we are looking for to join the BW team.

You will then receive feedback from us and confirmation if you are invited to an interview. The interview will be at the first available date and we usually aim to arrange this within a week. The interview will be around 1 hour and will be either a 1 or 2 staged process usually with 2 BW Legal colleagues. The interviews are designed to discuss your related experiences and learn more about you.
